i try to open things but they dont open till like 5-10minutes later. i want it to go faster. i did a virusscan with mcaffee no viruses.

Well first of all it all depend on the system that you have. Maybe you have an older PC, because new PC usually run fast. Well but you could upgrade your PC RAM, all remove programs that start with windows. Clean the PC with CCleaner and defragment the registry with some registry cleaning programs, I advice you to get TuneUp Utilities 2007. Or contact someone who understand more about PC than you.

Upgrade your memory, Clear off any viruses and other crap that you don't need. And run a mantness check.
go to control panel click on network and/or internet connections. after that go to internet options. under current internet files press either delete cookies or delete then cookies. it should help.
reformatt or defrag your computer
Try to do the following:

1. Get rid of any programs and documents you don't need.

2. Defrag your hard drive(s). Go to www.iobit.com to download a free copy of IObit Smart Defrag. Make sure Auto Defrag and Scheduled Defrag is on.
