how do i delete the weather channel toolbar

i have ran scans and i have tried control panel

i have tried manually removing it

nothing is working it just keeps coming back

i have mcaffee

please someone help me on how to get rid of this one file

How do you delete?antivirus programs

It's a program so you'll need to remove it. If you installed the weather channel toolbar, uninstall via add/remove programs. If you installed the weather channel desktop, make sure you are under the same windows user account when you first installed it. Goto add/remove programs and first remove (uninstall) The Weather Channel Desktop and then remove Weather Services.
the weather channel toolbar? if its for internet explorer, click tools up there, then go to toolbars, then see if weather channel is checked. if it is then it is enabled so if it is, click on it then it should go away. i dont know how to delete it i only know how to make it dissapear
Have you tried Start/Run/MSConfig. You can uncheck the items at startup that you do not want to load. Also right click the toolbar and in the menu there should be a spot to uncheck the Load at Start option. Control Panel/Add Remove Programs may have an entry that will allow removal.
